Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

AI Machine is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. This page explains when sales are final, what happens if delivery fails, and the rights that remain available to you under applicable law.

AI Machine contains downloadable PDFs, prompts, checklists, audio files, and related digital materials delivered together as an organised ZIP archive. Nothing physical is shipped.

Once payment succeeds, access is provided immediately on the order-confirmation page and by email. Because the files can be accessed and retained immediately, a digital purchase cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, failure to use the materials, dissatisfaction with personal results, or incompatibility caused by a buyer's device or software where the advertised file formats are otherwise valid.

Before buying, review the sales page, the genuine resource previews, the listed file formats, and the product description. Contact us before checkout if you are uncertain whether the library suits your needs.

By completing checkout, you request and expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content. Where the law permits, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation or withdrawal right ends once supply begins with that consent.

For UK consumers, this reflects the rules for immediately supplied digital content under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply and are not excluded by this policy.

If your download link does not arrive, first check the email address entered at checkout and your spam or junk folder. Then email support@thedigitalmachine.co with your order email and payment reference so we can verify the purchase and restore access.

Download links are time-limited for security. An expired link does not affect your licence; after verifying the order, we can issue a replacement link at no additional cost.

If a file is corrupted, cannot be opened in its stated format, is missing from the delivered archive, or the product is materially different from its description, contact support@thedigitalmachine.co. Describe the issue and include your order email and payment reference.

We will first try to repair the file, replace it, provide the missing material, or restore delivery within a reasonable time and without charge.

If we cannot provide a conforming product or another remedy required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If the same order appears to have been charged more than once, contact support@thedigitalmachine.co promptly with the payment references. Once verified, an unintended duplicate charge will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you believe a payment was made without your permission, contact us and your card issuer immediately. We may request information needed to investigate the transaction and prevent misuse of the download.

Email support@thedigitalmachine.co from the address used at checkout. Include your order or payment reference, the date of purchase, and a clear description of the delivery or product fault. Never email full card details or your card security code.

We will review the request against this policy and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times are controlled by the payment provider and card issuer, so the credit may not appear immediately.

This Refund Policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, licence, acceptable use, liability, and applicable law. The Privacy Policy explains how information submitted with a support request is handled.

If this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule that applies to you, that mandatory rule takes priority. Otherwise, the laws of England and Wales govern this policy.
